He is truly a mattress expert—extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to clearly explain the differences between options so we could make an informed decision. James was also very personable and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Most importantly, my husband and I never felt pressured, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend working with James if you’re in the market for a mattress!

He clearly cares about helping customers create a home they love. He was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough, making sure we understood every detail from fabric durability to delivery timelines. Not the Haynes I remember from 30 years ago. Better furniture, sales personnel are knowledgeable and not pushy (a 180 from what I recall when I used to live here). And not everything is on sale, but when it is there are good sales. They do have some very nice Italian leather furniture. Haynes also owns The Dump where they sell things that haven’t sold elsewhere.
