We just left this store and it’s a lovely store but we were made to feel uncomfortable while shopping. There was a young woman at the register working around 11:00 am, she looked uneasy as me and my father walked in. And we were not greeting at all, she proceeded to closely watch us shop and peek her head through the aisles where we were and kept her eyes locked on us the almost the whole time, the other customers were disturbed at all. Regardless we bought a few items because we understand that the shop is in a rough area and people probably do steal from them, however we wanted to show our support for the shop as to show that we are good people. I recommend this store for the variety of products however, don’t depend too much on their customer service if you’re a person of color. Thank you
Had leg cramps last nite. ' Low on nutrients. I knew the clerk could guide me on getting supplements to stop the cramps. He was very knowledgeable! I'm very cautious and picky about what I take. I'm a senior that doesn't have to take any meds, so I'm pretty much well read on nutrients. He was wonderful!
The staff is helpful AND knowledgeable. I've been going here for years. I called last week to purchase black lava salt. This is s product that they're weren't familiar with and didn't carry. Not only did they look it up for me, but they also placed an order for me. I was able to pick it up the following week. It is one thing to have a reliable product, it is another thing to have a reliable product AND exceptional customer service! My family and I will continue to shop here!

Sehr angenehm und lässt mich nicht minderwertig fühlen, wenn ich nicht weiß, was ich kaufen muss! Ich laufe in den Laden, um Linderung von Wechseljahresbeschwerden und trockener Haut zu finden. Die 'Tea'-Auswahl 'best shelf', die ich bisher gesehen habe. Wenn Artikel nicht verfügbar sind oder einfach nicht da sind, wird das Personal bestellen und den Kunden bei Ankunft anrufen.
