Location was in an office complex and had multiple classrooms with mannequins and also a separate room for ACLS megapode with a monitor. Instructor (Melinda) made sure I understood all the ACLS protocols prior to megacode and test. I had a good experience and I would recommend this center.
I attended my BLS class at this facility, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent training provided by Mike. He explained each concept thoroughly and in a clear, professional manner, making the material easy to understand. His hands-on demonstrations using mannequins were especially effective and greatly enhanced the learning experience. With his guidance and support, I was able to successfully pass my examination and achieve a full score. I am very grateful for his dedication, knowledge, and commitment to ensuring student success.
Informative, hands on, & even better instructor. Sharlynne was an exceptional instructor who offered real world knowledge mixed with the standard video education. She was extremely knowledgeable and open to answering any & all questions. Small class size was favorable. Well worth it! Even better experience knowing that Sharlynne is passionate about what she does and was happy to be there sharing her knowledge.
Mike was awesome! He got me a certificate same day I signed up for the class. Very informational and nice, offered snacks and everything. Definitely renewing my certification here again
Mr. Serapio was an amazing instructor! Extremely patient, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable! I loved learning from him. He made the process efficient and ensured we learned everything we needed to know. I also had one-on-one training so that was amazing! I will definitively come back to renew my certification!
