We had been having problems with flickering lights and needed It to be looked at so we called Heart Heating cooling plumbing and electrical. We had Seneca Trujillo, from Heart out the next day. He found the source right away. We appreciate his explaining everything that was going to be needed to be done. He went above and beyond, keeping us posted on when he could come and do the work. We appreciate his expertise. We felt very confident in his professionalism and the great job done. I would recommend Heart and especially ask for Seneca.
HEART seems to be a greatly improved company than the one we have dealt with 3 years ago. The new team appears to be more competent, more conscientious, and more reliable. Particular shout out to Darren and Kevin; these two guys are awesome! Three years ago we had a nightmare experience with HEART on a large project, one part of which included an installation of an underground propane line. Fast forward 3 years to present time, we realized the line has been leaking pretty significantly. Called HEART to see whether they would honor their life time warranty. Discovered the company has had a complete turn over and is now under different ownership. They still took responsibility and this time the experience was much better. We will give HEART another chance.
We’ve had recurring issues with our furnace system ever since installing a Nest thermostat. Ben did an outstanding ; very responsive and knowledgable. Also, polite and professional; took the time to review issues with our heating system and made sure everything was sound. Recommended additional yearly services that would prevent the same issues. Highly recommended.
Wyatt was very great to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly. We got a new water heater and some valves. He did a great job and it took the amount of time he said it would to get it done. He left things clean when he left. I am very grateful that we used them and I definitely will again
Seneca and Gionni did a great job installing my lights! Meticulously angled my entryway light so it is framed by the window, and made sure the dining room chandelier was at the appropriate height for my dining room table. We figured out what a mystery light switch was connected to, and they replaced a broken outlet, on top of replacing a couple breakers! It was a productive day, and everything works perfectly!
