I have fixed my extra fine white gold chain in this shop multiple times. They do an awesome job! Very fast and good quality, the price is also very good. In Wellington, New Zealand the biggest jewelers have refused to fix my chain because it was “too fine” and they were scared to melt it, but in Heart to Heart they fix it super fast and well 👌🙂 Super recommend this jewelry shop for jewelry work and repairs! 🙂

I recently consulted Allen about repairing a gold necklace. He was quick to respond and set up an appointment for me. At the appointment, you could really tell Allen was an expert at what he does (he is a goldsmith by trade). He was accommodating, informative, and most of all, made me feel completely comfortable with leaving this necklace with him for the repair. On top of that, his quote was extremely reasonable. The repair was done quickly, and my girlfriend is very happy to have her necklace back. I would highly recommend Allen and his shop to anyone. This service was top notch! I will definitely be returning to this shop for future maintenance, repairs, and purchases!

Allen is an excellent gemologist! I purchased high quality gold chains for my two daughters who wear them daily. Also I bring all my watches old and new for repair and battery replacement! Excellent service and trust worthy! I plan to upgrade my wedding ring some day!

I came in to get my vintage clip-on earrings repaired and he finished in less than 5 minutes! He told me it was on the house and even provided earrings pads for just $5. Allen’s friendly and personable customer service is top notch! You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Will definitely recommend anyone that needs their jewelry repaired and I for sure will get custom jewelry made from them in the future. It’s always great to support family-owned businesses. We couldn't be more grateful to Allen, we are a couple from Australia, a month ago we were on holidays on a cruise form Sydney that ended in Hawaii, on this cruise trip my boyfriend proposed to me and gave me a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too small for me, we looked for several options in hawaii to resize it since like any newly engaged bride wanted to wear my ring at that time, no jewelry store could do it in less than 3 days (we were only staying in honolulu 3 days) and they did not assure me that it would fit exactly the same since it is a very particular design, but lucky us we fell into Allen's jewelry, he is so friendly and very professional, he explained many details of the process to adjust the ring, he helped us with the size, and the best part, he did it in one day, and it was perfect, very clean job, spectacular 🥹 Thank you so much Allen you are a legend 🫶🏻💍
