I have had a wonderful experience with Mark and Heartland Ranch every time. I no longer live in El Paso but will travel from San Antonio every time I need to board my dog Ronan. The experience that Mark has makes me that much more comfortable leaving my XL American Bully with him. Ro loves it and comes home tired every time. After also participating in the dog training that he offers Ronan came home a brand new dog. The compliments I receive regarding his training remind me that I made the right choice in trainer and investing in my dog. I am definitely going to rebook for a refresher program in the future.
Heartland Ranch boarding services exceeded our expectations. First, we have never seen a pet boarding place so beautiful as Heartland Ranch. Mark and his staff are truly professionals that definitely show their love and care for pets. We left our pet at the Ranch for more than two weeks, our Bella is in need of medical attention and Mark did a fantastic job. We honestly recommend Heartland Ranch for all boarding and training needs. We will definitely use their boarding services in a near future.
We recently boarded our 14 year old dog at Heartland Ranch for the first time and had an amazing experience. They were able to accommodate all of her dietary restrictions as she is on medicated food and insured she was given her daily medication. On top of the amazing care they also sent pictures every other day. I highly recommend boarding with Heartland Ranch and will continue to board when traveling.
I left my dog Tulip at Heartland Ranch for a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They took such amazing care of her. You can really tell they love what they do. I don’t usually trust anyone else to look after Tulip, but I decided to give Heartland Ranch a try, and I’m so glad I did. I received daily photos, videos, and updates about how she was doing and adjusting, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.If you ever need a safe, caring, and reliable place to leave your pet, I highly recommend Heartland Ranch!
Mark at Heartland Ranch is outstanding. We first met him about 10 months ago when I was looking for a trainer for our two new Blue Tick puppies. After interviewing five other trainers, Mark stood out as completely transparent, skilled, and genuinely dedicated to what he does. He invited us to tour the facilities and took as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with training and boarding our newest family members. Since then, our dogs have received countless compliments on their good behavior, which speaks volumes about the quality of Mark’s training. We’ve also boarded them several times since their training, and it’s the first time in over 30 years of boarding our animals that I have absolutely no worries leaving them in someone’s care. Our dogs actually get excited as soon as they realize they’re going to Heartland Ranch. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands dogs and runs an honest, caring operation, I can’t recommend Mark and Heartland Ranch enough.
