Phoned to order a bouquet for a lady that just lost her husband , she said that they would be ready by the afternoon & delivered. As I live far from the shop , I asked if they could take a photo of the bouquet & email me the photo but nothing has come through a little disappointed.

I just want to say a very big thank you to the amazing florist Natalie who helped me get the flowers I needed last minute for a funeral. On the day itself this Natalie went above and beyond for me, she told me to go home and get ready while she sorted the flowers out for me, Natalie later arrived outside my home doing the finishing touches to my flowers. I have never been so grateful for such a wonderful service that was provided to me at a time of need. Truly grateful & highly recommended by myself. Big thank you Petula x

I live in Canada and when our Aunty in Wales passed away, my cousin suggested using Hearts and Flowers. I'm so glad I did. I spoke briefly on the phone to Natalie and told her we wanted red and white flowers to represent our family in Canada. They did a beautiful arrangement and sent me pictures of the flowers so we could all see. She made sure it was at the funeral home in plenty of time for the service. Natalie made it very easy and was able to address all my concerns and kept in contact with me via email. She was extremely friendly and courteous on the phone. Thank you again Natalie for making sure our flowers arrived in time for my Aunty's service and for the beautiful arrangement

Natalie was absolutely amazing from the start. I told her about the bespoke pieces that we wanted, and nothing phased her! She showed me examples of previous work, and I trusted that she could deliver on her word! She truly did! We were over the moon with the flowers for my Bamps funeral. She really does go over and above what is expected, and is so talented at what she does. Thank you so much ❤️

Wunderschöne Blumen aus einem bezaubernden Laden. Ich habe zum Geburtstag Rosen für meinen Partner bestellt und sie waren einfach atemberaubend. Mein Partner war glücklich und das ist es, was zählt... zufriedener Kunde 😊 Bestellen war einfach, egal ob über ihre Website oder am Telefon. Die Dame war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Empfohlen.
