We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Heffernans, and the experience was truly exceptional. They guided us through trying on various diamond styles and helped create the ring I completely fell in love with. Their feedback on diamond selection and sizing was honest and thoughtful, never pressured. We also had our parents’ and grandparents’ original wedding bands melted down to create our new bands, and the craftsmanship was absolutely beautiful. I can’t recommend Heffernans enough for anyone looking for a trustworthy, reputable jeweller who truly cares about their clients.
We got my custom engagement ring and our wedding bands from Heffernans, and couldn’t be happier with the results. The engagement ring is exactly what I always wanted, with special engraving touches on the side that were important to my husband. I wasn’t involved with the engagement ring - and it was perfect and exactly what I would have chosen for myself. They gave excellent advice and took great care to ensure our happiness. Our wedding bands are lovely and classic. This is a great local business with fair pricing run by a wonderful family. I’ve been a long time customer and it will always be my first choice!
Had a great experience working with Melanie on custom making a diamond ring for my wife. I'm not an expert on pricing, but I feel like I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. The ring is beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice). My wife loves it. There was also exceptional service from a very good boy (pictured below). We'll be coming back for sure.
My fiancée and I were thoroughly impressed by Melanie and her team! We're in love with our custom-designed engagement ring and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Things we appreciated: • We wanted to specifically get lab-grown gems, which they had zero issues with! • Although we wanted aquamarine for the centerpiece, we were aware of its softness relative to other gems. We mentioned that a light-colored sapphire could be a suitable alternative, and Melanie was able to procure us exactly the shade of sapphire we needed on the spot! No other jeweler we visited could say if they were able to do this. • We came out of the first meeting with an idea of what the ring would look like, which was extremely reassuring. • On top of that, the design consultation process was completely painless. We were able to go back and forth via email to get the details just right and ensure that the ring looked exactly how we wanted it. • I was also very happy with the price transparency! We knew exactly what we were expecting to pay every step of the way – well worth the initial deposit we put down to start the process. Things we would have liked: • Some sort of certificate of origin for the gems to ensure that the gems we got were completely lab-grown. This might be a bit nit-picky because the appraisal letter stated that the gems were lab-grown, but a certification/letter/receipt/etc. from the supplier would have really eased our conscience. Overall, we are very happy with how things turned out – I’m definitely going to be recommending this place to my friends!
We walked into this jewelry store since it is local to us, they to directed us to their website so that we could fully customize my dream ring. It was so much fun being able to filter and select options based off a style I knew that I wanted. My now fiancé coordinated with them to recreate a beautiful ring for me based on the styles I had selected. After wearing the ring for a week I needed to go down to a smaller size and they were able to fix it for me within a couple of hours. Really appreciated their prompt turnaround and I know my fiancé was really happy with their service.
