We used Hello Photo Booth for our holiday party and couldn’t recommend them more. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and everything ran seamlessly during the event. We would absolutely use them again!!
Stanley did a remarkable job setting up in our space. He was extremely punctual for our Halloween event and beyond engaging with our employees. His communication leading up to the event was thorough and timely. 10/10 experience. I would recommend 'Hello Photo Booth Rental' for any age group and gathering.
Honestly loved it! Everyone had a blast! Stanley was great in communicating with me and and creating a printout bringing my vision into fruition. On the day of, the attendant was very nice and friendly. at my friend's wedding, (she also used Hello Photo Booth) she mentioned that too many people were looking at the wrong spot and no-one was guiding them so I feel very lucky that this attendant made sure the guests looked straight at the camera. we also got a link to the photos so quickly! and I love how they also give u the individual photos if anyone wants to print out without the photo border. I do have few things I wish went differently. one was that a lot of my guests thought the attendant was a wedding crasher because of the plain clothes lol this was more of an annoyance that isn't aimed at Hello Photo Booth rental but more at all the Photo Booth rentals I've experienced ( I got to at least 6 weddings a year). you think I would ask about that when booking but I didnt think about it at the time, maybe the next bride will. the other thing I wish went differently was that a number of the photos did not block out the people waiting in line to use the booth. lol part of me thought it was annoying but I mostly found it hilarious. I was told that this was the first time the Photo Booth was in a prime location to be used at this wedding venue, so I understand it being a different set up than usual. so still 5 stars. for service and quality. thanks! would use again!
We’ve used this photobooth company for our annual vendor expo two years in a row, and they never disappoint! The entire process is always seamless — they arrive promptly, set up at least 30 minutes before the event, and stay until the very last minute to make sure everyone gets a turn. Stanley is truly incredible — professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. Their booths are not only high-quality but also super innovative and interactive. Guests always have a blast with the fun props and creative features. We couldn’t recommend them enough — an absolute must-have for any event!
We found Hello Photo Booth Rental just a week out from our wedding and Stanley was an absolute dream to work with! He made sure that set up and tear down wouldn't interfere with any of our reception schedule, brought the funniest props, and custom created a template for us for prints. He was so speedy with his responses and was just an overall pro. We have over 170+ amazing, high-definition photos of our guests that wouldn't have been captured if not for Hello Photo Booth! Our guests got their printed photos immediately and were sharing the texted photos directly to their socials. On top of it all, we got all the photos from the night emailed to us in a link the next day and we had a great laugh looking through them all.
