Extremely professional from start to finish. Clearly explained what they were going to do, and followed through. Worked with me and communicated with me throughout the process of building a very large and fairly complex retaining wall for our commercial yard. I would highly recommend working with Helmutz!
Helmutz was chosen based on a reference. We had a multi trades exterior project that Helmutz was apart of and it was a great experience from beginning to end. They worked on our porch, front steps and laid the pavers on the side of the driveway. Jeff was easy going, professional and experienced. He had great ideas and worked with us to create the plan of what we wanted. He kept in communication throughout the entire project and the project went as planned. Dillon was our team lead on-site everyday. Dillon and the team were professional, hard working, experienced, respectful of us and the neighbours and always cleaned up at the end of everyday. Mark was the Forman/Supervisor who popped in to make sure all was good through out the project. He was easy to talk to, experienced and joined the project if he had to, to keep on time. He was also caring of his team working in the heat, which I respected. We are thrilled with the results and quality. In my opinion the best trades group I ever worked with. Would highly recommend.
Jeff and his team at Helmutz were an absolute dream to work with. They transitioned our deck into a beautiful stone patio, and we could it be happier with the outcome. Every step of the way, Helmutz and Jeff absolutely impressed. They get every landscape job we will ever have from here on out.
