Took a couple ipads here for various issues, Dalton was incredibly fast and informative, walked me through the possibilities and was upfront about turnaround time and pricing. This was my first experience taking devices into a repair place like this, and Dalton guaranteed I’ll be coming back whenever it’s needed again! 10/10

I had an excellent experience with HelperTec in Eagan, thanks to Dalton. After accidentally dropping my phone and breaking the screen, I called and was greeted with informative and friendly customer service. When I asked about making an appointment, Dalton assured me that I could just walk in. He estimated that the repair would take about 30 minutes, but he completed it in what felt like just 15! Now my phone has a brand new screen, and Dalton did an outstanding job. If you need your phone fixed, this is definitely the place to go!

My phone kept turning off on its own. The rec person, Dalton tried to fix & only after lots of work determined. I needed a new phone. He transferred all of the data& out on a screen protector. He is very knowledgeable & I would highly recommend their services. We have used them many times. They never disappoint!!

Dalton was fast and efficient, clear about the price and easy to work with! I shattered the front and back of my iPhone and had it fixed and replaced within a day. Highly recommend!!
