I emailed them and Elizabeth responded quickly, I didn’t have all my documents until April 3rd and my wife and I were going out of town and coming back to Sacramento on April 15th. Elizabeth was very responsive and her company portal made it very easy to process all the information. Not only that, but she facilitated the payment and refunds. They are a great source of help and support when I have needed it. They also offer an industry standard secure communications and documents transmission so whether you choose to send documents from your area of convenience or drop them off in person, you should know it will be safe and secure! Had a problem with the IRS too from a previous return done by a prior tax prep that was handled expeditiously and efficiently! Can't recommend HM Partners more and anyone considering their available services should consider them without hesitation!!
