The zip on our daughter’s backpack broke at the end of the day, when we were scheduled to fly home the following morning. We called a lot of places to get it fixed as it’s sentimental, and no one said yes to helping - HN Alterations said yes, and she did not give up till it was fixed. Sometimes you get lucky and find a place where they’re compassionate AND really great at what they do - this is one of them.

We needed a last minute repair and the lovely person at HN came through in the clutch! Very informative, helpful, super polite, and great attention to detail and workmanship on the job. All on a day a lot of places were closed too! Would recommend 100%

I ordered my son personalised wiggles overalls for his first birthday. The communication with Huong was professional, clear and easy. As I was ordering from Melbourne, Huong communicated to me with diagrams of where to make measurements and what the final product would look like. Her instructions were clear and the final product that was sent to me fit my son well. The colours were bright and the material feels great. I am so pleased with the final product and am so excited for my son to wear these at his birthday. Huong exceeded my expectations! I definately recommend this service.

Excellent service. Huong is old school. She altered three of my suits. Brought waist in on pants. Brought Jacket in, shortened sleeves and narrowed sleeves as well. (I had lost weight but wanted to hold onto my favourite suits) Absolutely fastidious with my fitting.
