I’m surprised this company doesn’t have more reviews! I was connected with Hoffman through my home warranty, and from start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, I was greeted politely and professionally. The technician who came to fix my exhaust fan was outstanding! He explained the issue clearly, repaired it quickly, and even took the time to educate me on the best lighting options for my home. I would gladly recommend Hoffman to anyone and will definitely use their services again in the future!
Needed a ceiling fan replaced. Hoffman Electric sent tech Barry out and he did an absolutely great job. Looks great, he set up the new remote and showed me how to use it. Lots of new functionality. I will always ask for him if he's available, and Hoffman Electric.
The service I received from Hoffman Electric was outstanding! Mr. Koebel is very professional. He spent time troubleshooting the issues. In the end they only charged me $35 for replacing my door bell chimes since I have homeServe and Service Guard through Black Hills Energy. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this company!
