Contacted hoffmann brothers on a leak from tub. The plumber cut whole in side of tub to replace tub drain. Tub is ruined. Payed 500.00 to fix a simple drain. Extremely disappointed.
Cody was extremely professional and thorough in his work for us—hot tub electrical install. Took the time to walk through install options, recommend some additional safety measures, and provided updates throughout the day as work was completed. Would absolutely recommend Cody and the Hoffman Brothers for their punctuality, professionalism, and communication.
Where do I start! 1st of all,my time slot was between 12-2,and Brian showed up at 12, which is awesome! Brian put on booties coming in and out while checking m/working on my vacation unit! He was very nice and knowledgeable about everything, and didn't try to lead me into all types of other things! He took care of the issues I had,& was very respectful ! Fair pricing that didn't break the bank! I highly recommend Hoffman Brothers and hope you get Brian😊
I used Hoffman Brothers to install my hot water heater. I reached out to 2 other companies before settled on Hoffman Brothers. Not only were they cheapest option, even offering a discount, they were the only company that put booties on their shoes when they came. I appreciated that they cared enough to that. The scheduling was quick and the customer was great at every point of the process. From the scheduling to the service. Josh and Brent were great. Brent gave me account of everything he was doing and continually asked for my permission before he moved things or used certain doors. After the unit was installed, he took the time to clean up after himself, even getting on his hands and knees to wipe the floor down. Both Josh and Brent were very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Brothers, especially these professionals to another.
