I moved out of Lubbock two years ago, and they just called me, because they noticed that a dog on a lost and found page looked like my dog. If that doesn't show you that they care about your dogs, I don't know what could.
Wonderful experience! My dog was happy and content with Trish. She’s an excellent dog handler who thinks of every little thing your dog might need while at the resort. They even offer pickup and drop off services!
They treat your pets like there own the staff is friendly and helpful
The staff is friendly and always take such great care of my dogs. They’re always my first call when I need to board my pups. Prices are great and I love the complimentary bath before they come home.
Beware!! I took my dogs here and was told to bring my dogs bed, food, toys, or anything else they needed. I got there at the date and time I informed them I would be there. When I got there the staff was completely unprepared. I gave them instructions for one of my dogs who was on antibiotics and gave them feeding instructions for all of them. The staff took my instructions down and assured me they would follow it. After five nights I came to pick them up. I called them about two hours before I got into town that I was coming for them. The lady on the phone said that they were running behind on getting my dogs washed. I assumed they did dog baths as a way to say thanks for choosing us for your dog boarding. But when I got there the lady at the desk was speaking to me very fast that I couldn’t understand her. I got two of my dogs and placed them in my car. They smelled to high heaven of urine and filth. I was given their dog beds which smelled like a urinal that hadn’t been cleaned for several weeks. My next two dogs they gave me back were relieved to see me and could not wait to get in the car. They too, smelled horrible. As I was getting their dog food, the lady at the desk said to me in a rush that they missed at least two doses of antibiotics for one of my dogs. I asked why they were missed and again, in a rush, she said they were really busy. When I got home I checked on the antibiotics and saw they had missed all doses. To say “Beware” is an understatement. I will say that this was traumatic for me as much as my dogs. I will definitely not go back. It is not the customers fault you got busy. It is not the customers fault that unexpected things happen. We pay for a service that your company said would fulfill. Thanks to the urine saturation of all dogs’ beds, I could not get the smell out and ultimately threw them away.
