Brought my daughter in for ear piercing. Great experience all around. - we had an appointment, so we were checked in promptly, had a few minutes to see the jewelry options - They have plenty, and well priced. We were taken to a room inside that was clean and sterile instruments were used. My daughter's wishes were taken into account, she was advised and the piercing was done under 10 minutes! It also healed well - which is a good sign!
This is a great place for piercings and permanent jewelry. I came here to have my ears pierced again, and Kasra was fantastic! She made the entire process painless and very comfortable. She was transparent about the procedure and openly discussed both the pros and cons of piercings, making sure I fully understood what I was getting into before moving forward. She took her time answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns, which made me feel completely at ease. I wholeheartedly trusted her, and she did an amazing job. I will definitely seek her out again for any future piercings. I had such a great experience that I came back for permanent jewelry with Ann. I brought in a broken bracelet, and Ann transformed it into a beautiful permanent bracelet. She did an incredible job, and I honestly like my bracelet even more now than before. I had two different experiences with two different types of jewelry, but received the same outstanding service both times. Thank you, Ann and Kasra!
Came in on New Year’s Eve since they had a special promo at the time. It was busy (as expected) but I booked an appointment ahead of time which made it a bit easier to get settled and straight to the consent forms. Ended up having to wait about 20-30 minutes before I was assigned to a piercer, but the piercing process itself was so fast and easy. I had a lovely experience with Ashley, who pierced my rook. She was super accommodating, professional, and friendly. Placement was easy as she took some time to make sure that it made sense on my ear. The piercing is healing nicely and I’ll definitely be back soon to swap for a shorter barbell when it’s time.
I'm now a 4+ time repeat customer of Hone! I absolutely love them. They have helped me with a third lobe, a helix, a hidden helix, as well as jewellery insertion for a (closed) second lobe, and a squillion different downsizes and jewellery changes. Everyone I've encountered (whether the piercers, or the front desk staff) have been so nice, professional, and their piercers do a fantastic job of working with you on exactly what you want, and consulting if you ever need it! They are also really responsible -- they won't let you do something stupid, or that will heal badly or cause any unnecessary risks. Every piercer there that I've worked with, I felt really confident that they were doing not only what I wanted, but that it was a *safe* choice. If there's anything that concerns you, they will happily help you out so that you're 100000% happy with your piercing. Their jewellery selection is good, too! (And it's really helpful that they have it online to see, too.) When I first got my helix, I thought I'd have to have something super boring while I waited for it to heal, but they had some beautiful stuff in stock that was also suitable for a new piercing, and so I loved my helix from the very first minute! The online scheduling is super convenient, and they've always been really responsive, whether it's scheduling or consult or via email or phone, etc. I can't recommend it highly enough, check them out.
went to the studio with my best friend for my birthday and got mini curation with ashley l. she was amazing and very accommodating with my fear of needles. all the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming and made the entire experience less intimidating
