I bring my car here monthly for detailing because I have PPF and ceramic coating, and they always take great care of it. Customer service is excellent, communication is easy when scheduling appointments, and I’m always happy driving away with a spotless car. This is my go-to place on island for both interior and exterior detailing—I highly recommend them!
Went to them for interior/exterior detailing and let me say they went above and beyond of what I expected. Team did a fantastic job of recreating that new car look. Highly recommend them if you’re visiting or looking to get your car detailed on the island. Mahalo again!
June 24th, brought in my truck for PCS special detail, I got robbed instead. If you're shipping your car out GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I cleaned my car the day before to make it easier for these guys and they ended up charging me. Came last week to get a quote, $225: $175 PCS Special + $25 underhood cleaning. Ended up being $268. My problem is not the pricing, but simply that they rushed it and didnt clean the seats and left stains on the outside and leafs under the hood. They said they didn't wanna wash the seats as they wouldn't dry in time for my appointment, which was still 3 hours away, as I had told them before. The dah i scheduled my appointment on June 21st, the owner asked the guy who cleaned it if it was enough time and he said it was because the fact that it was already clean. I dropped it off at 8am, they texted me at 8:55 that it was done. Website says it takes 4 hours, i expected at least 2 hours. Now im forced to clean my seats to ensure I dont fail my inspection. Thanks. Edit: Owner messaged me and said that I can bring it back to address the problems, but said she stood by her guy's work on the vehicle. Please view the pictures for the work she stood by. On top of that, she simply lied about what we said the work that would be done. We had agreed there was enough time to finish the job as we had discussed on the 21st when I made my appointment because I had cleaned my truck very thoroughly before hand. I wanted them to touch up the seats and help me pass inspection. After I picked it up, I spent an hour cleaning my truck again to ensure I pass inspection. Some of these spots, all you had to do was hit it with a wet towel and it was good. They said 3 guys spent 55 minutes on it, but they missed it all, I also found loose change and a pencil, which shows how in depth they cleaned. Once again, I will NOT RECOMMEND this business, but recommend that people avoid it.
Recently brought my 2019 RAV4 in to Honolulu Exotics for some STeK DYNOCarbon glossy ppf (hood and roof) and am happy with the results. From the consultation through Amy and Jeremy, to the end product, the process was a smooth one. Clean shop, nice people, and you can’t forget the exotic cars that might be in the shop as well. The best car rental service in the islands! We were taken care of above and beyond. We had booked a blue, beautiful Lamborghini. When we arrived I was surprised to see another couple in the same car we had rented…… turns out that my husband had accidentally booked the car for TWO DAYS BEFORE we flew in from Maui. They still honored the booking, upgraded the car and went far far far above and beyond what we expected. We are so grateful and will continue to bring our business here in the future.
