HOTWORX Toledo has been spectacular since I joined in Nov. 2022. The infrared paired with heat and exercise has definitely helped my overall health. Alex (management) and her staff have always been helpful, kind, and supportive during the transformation. I love earning the burn. 🔥
Have been coming here for a year and I love it! Have gained so much strength in my core, and I always feel so refreshed after the workouts. Super humbling at first as it can be challenging but I gained so much confidence when I started to see progress :) Also love the functional training area in the back with dumbbells/trx so I can weight train between sauna sessions! And love that it’s more private than a larger gym :)
Sheesh. Came here because I found a promotion online and signed up. I was called 3 separate times regarding an appointment which seems a bit excessive but okay. Upon arrival it's completely different than what I anticipated. The rooms are the size of a sauna, there's about 10 different rooms and instruction is provided by a screen at the top of the wall, which is weird because many yoga poses are on the floor. Struggling to see the instructions. Not an actual person doing the classes but a screen. I was talking with the person I brought with me while we waited for our room (told the session started at 415 but didn't start until 430) and while we were talking an employee walked past and made a catty comment. Inside the room is small and a little awkward. I'm 5'9, 6'0 with my hair in a bun. I was almost touching the ceiling and I was unable to comfortably stretch out on the ground because I was touching the front and back of the room. Claustrophobic. Everything outside the room is audible too, there's no sound prevention. There was a breeze in the room the whole time and when we were leaving the employee stated " oh I opened the vent I should have told you to close it." Girl it's my first time here you should have closed it 🤣 I did not feel anywhere as relaxed and euphoric as I do when visiting Hot Room 🔥. Cute idea but poor execution. Great for the people who like it!
HOTWORX is amazing! The infrared workouts make me sweat, burn tons of calories, and feel incredible afterward. I love the 24/7 access, clean studio, and friendly staff. It’s the perfect mix of challenge and recovery — at a price you can’t beat.
HOTWORX is my absolute fave gym to go to. The infrared saunas, along with free weights and equipment, give me such a great workout. This location is always top tier, clean and staff is so friendly! I love coming into town and working out here.
