I loved this place! The vibe is a very clean modern industrial look. I went in without a plan and Alexi hooked me up with a great haircut. I will say I am kinda shy, so I wasn't sure about the cut at first. After rocking it for two weeks it's now my favorite look. Thank you Alexi!
We love this place for the great stylists. My son has had great cuts by both Josh and Danny. Plus the place is comfortable and well designed. Best barbershop on the Westside!
I was really anxious looking for a barbershop as I had been growing out my hair for a year and wanted something that would make the wait worth it. I especially wanted to find someone who would be able to treat my straight-ahh Asian hair type flawlessly (which is relatively difficult to take on). Ultimately, I found AANUKO on google. Although I don’t think I’ve ever paid this much for a haircut, my Italian barber Gianni was SPOT ON. We had a great vibe together and despite me being the last customer of the day, he demonstrated precision and professionalism. I felt like a truly valued customer and his experience is just simply unmatched…everything was up to par. Gianni is no doubt my go-to barber now.
If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I booked a big chop transformation for my friend as a fix to a really bad haircut. It was an emergency rescue. Grace blew us all away! Grace managed to transform the horrible cut into something wonderful and stylish and very much complimentary to my friend. She did a great job at shaping the haircut and keeping it cohesive. Before and afters attached. The shop itself is gorgeous - with incredible interior design and plenty of comfy seating to wait. The receptionist was friendly and offered us water when we arrived. There is a bathroom as well that is maintained nicely. Overall, a very pleasant experience. My friend walked out with a pep in her step and that says it all! Loved this place!
