Its was very random how I connected with Zahra with Houston Skyline Financial. I was trying to find an accountant to do my back taxes and no one reached out except for her. Actually they did reach out but a day or two later. When I told her my situation and finding ways to actually dig deep on my taxes she said she would look into it. Also the price to file a tax return was fair and I did call another person and they wanted 100.00 more that what was offered to me. When she did my taxes, I ended up getting more of a refund than H&R Block. I think she does the research and review of ur taxes in detail versus some.other place where they go thru the motion and plug into the software and generate the outcome. She is very knowledgeable and fair with you. If you open and honest about your situation she seem very helpful. I know I owe her alot with the forms she submitted but will pay her back for the effort she put into it. I also asked about 1099. Then she was very patient in answering question for me on what I can do to help me write off. This person is a walking tax code and she's seems to help everyone in maximizing their returns. Her interaction is done on the phone and thru emails and log into the portal to put the returns or any documents needed for her review. If your a start up business or want to get rid of your tax accountant that seems.worthless. I would highly suggest anyone person, private business owner or large business owner to hire her services. She doesn't drag her feet and I got a turn around within 72 hours. She will file it and if you do electronic filling l, she will set it up. Everything is automatic with her and I just sit and wait for my refund. Please give her a try, if u have 2nd doubts with ur existing accountant. Im pretty sure u will be pleased moving forward. She's is also going to do my 2025 returns as well and every year moving forward!!! The happiest customer ever!!

I came to Zahra completely overwhelmed after getting hit with IRS penalties. She took the time to listen, explained my options clearly, and actually got several penalties removed. She handled everything so calmly that it eased my stress instantly. I wish I’d found her sooner!
I was assured by Zahra that she had the capacity to handle my tax filing and purchased the white glove package expecting professionalism and timely communication. Unfortunately, what I received was the opposite. After providing all of my documentation, Zahra repeatedly failed to follow up — I had to reach out every time. She overpromised on multiple occasions, assuring me that my taxes were “done” or would be completed “by tomorrow,” yet never provided any evidence or progress to support those claims. She also promised to call me back at least three different times and never followed through. I clearly communicated the urgency of my situation and upcoming deadlines, yet Zahra showed no prioritization or sense of responsibility. Her communication was sporadic, she didn’t use her own client portal, and she consistently missed her own commitments. Nine days before the filing deadline, I had to fire her due to lack of delivery. There was no apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the situation. Zahra seems to have taken on more clients than she can handle. If you value reliability, accountability, and professional communication, I would strongly recommend choosing a firm with a proper team and structure, not a one-person operation that overpromises and underdelivers. Very disappointed and not the outcome I expected from Skyline Financial or Zahra.
