I needed some help from Vonya Harrison, regarding a Probate matter. She handled taxes for my late-mother a few years ago. After a few emails, she finally responded to me saying she can help with my situation, but didn't include in the email what I was asking for. I had already sent her all the documents she needed to write a statement for me. She says if I still need a letter, to let her know and she would write one. I emailed her back saying that I still need a letter. That's when the ghosting began. After a month of emailing her asking about the letter, and no response from her, I called the only office that I could see that she was working from. Someone else answered the phone, I asked for Vonya, and the lady told me that she wasn't in the office. I asked when she would be back, was told "I have no idea". She said she would leave a message for her, and got my phone number. Now I realize that she was blowing me off and probably never wrote my phone number down. I wasn't a paying customer, per se, and it's not tax time....but you don't treat customers like that. I wasted almost 2 months with them, when she could have just told me she didn't want to help.

This review is composed as a warning for the poor customer service and the business’ response to making a mistake. This was the worst experience my family has ever had in our lives! My family got our taxes done there with a man (who I shall not name) didn’t do the taxes right at all! He poorly put them in because he was too lazy and cost my family thousands of dollars. He admitted to doing it wrong. We called the office manager to amend our taxes, instead he shouted and screamed at us over the phone. The man was angry and horrible! Refused to make it right. Screamed at us, which is irrational behavior from a manager. The manager had more interest screaming and looking for a fight over the phone then fixing the mistakes the worker did. I am not happy at all! I canceled my personal appointment. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! We even paid for the peace of mind and they refused to give us peace of mind!

Worked with Vince. Took him 30 minutes to put our names and socials into their system, calculated our refund without asking a single question. It is their job to ask questions that will effect the tax return, obviously. Did not expect to have to spoon feed somebody I am paying to do my taxes. After an hour, we walked out without filing our taxes with them. Would not trust them to get the best refund.

Don is a very nice and knowledgeable tax preparer. This is our second year having Don do our taxes and that I would recommend him to anyone who needs tax help. Keep up the good work and we will see you in 2025!

There is very little you could do to improve. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. I had Mr. James as my tax professional and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure I knew what was going on at each step of the process and explained everything in great detail. If he didnt know something he asked his manager to make sure he had all the facts before submitting making me feel like he was going the extra mile for me. I had to call my second job to make sure I had everything good on my end a couple of times and he was very patient with me. Outstanding customer service all around!
