Hudson's Edge stepped in at the 11th hour (literally 8 weeks before our wedding) for my husband and I when were cheated by another company. From the minute we reached out, the staff were always attentive, caring, and willing to help. Christyn Martin was our main contact and she was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond to calls, texts, and emails even on her personal time. She helped to review our prior contract to ensure they could provide what we had paid the other company for, and was always very transparent about numbers, pricing, and timelines. When we had our tasting, all of the staff present were incredibly friendly, and even the owner of the company, Brian, spent time speaking with us about our experience. Fast forward to wedding day, we couldn't even keep track of all the people complimenting how great the food was. Everything was hot, juicy, and simply amazing. Our wedding was 5 days ago and we are still enjoying leftovers! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. If you need a caterer for any event, Hudson's Edge is the only choice!
Hudson’s Edge catered a wedding that I coordinated recently. First - their food was AMAZING. No bland wedding food from them. It was deliciously seasoned, nothing was soggy, and it looked great. AND as a person with celiac, what the couple chose was all safe. Second - their staff was phenomenal to work with. I would work with them any day. They made my job so easy when it came to timing and just going the extra mile. I know the bride and groom were as pleased as I was.
Hudson’s Edge catered a wedding I attended on September 6, 2025 - and our entire table (10 people) couldn’t stop talking about how amazing and delicious the food was. Everything was seasoned beautifully, the perfect balanced meal - and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The salad was crisp and fresh. The main course was warm and hearty - without being too heavy.
Derek and I had so many complements from our friends and family on the food, service and staffing at our wedding. Our main reason for selecting them at first was because they had chicken and waffles as an appetizer. It’s something Derek and I both loved and had been looking for from the start. They were absolutely amazing and so kind to everyone. A lot of our friends have been to numerous weddings and said the food was the best of any wedding venue they went to. We made the right choice clearly and have Hudson Edge to thank for the superb work their team did. We had the brisket, Cajun chicken pasta, rolls, glazed carrots and herb potatoes. Everything was fresh, hot and then at the end of the night, well packaged for us to take home. If we ever have another large event again, we will be choosing Hudson Edge.
Words are simply inadequate to express how grateful we are for all the hard work Hudson’s Edge put in making our wedding absolutely perfect. The meal was delicious— we still talk about and get compliments on the perfect short ribs! We had wonderful hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour, the served salads were beautiful, and the family style dinner was great. The desserts were immaculate, and the s’mores bar was a total hit! The staff at Hudson’s Edge made the day better than we could ever have possibly imagined. They were so attentive and helpful! Hudson’s Edge was the easiest and best choice we made when planning our wedding!
