We have been searching for a new couch for a while, and we decided to check out Hudson's Furniture. The staff is as friendly as the Disney staff in Orlando. I cannot thank Nardine S. enough for her friendliness and her dedicated approach to ensure we made the accurate decision. I truly appreciate how Nardine S. allows us to browse around with no hassle. I also would like to give kudos to Shannon S. for her professionalism and patience. Shannon S. came out to our home on a Sunday evening to share her creative ideas. Shannon S. took her time to show us patterns and different colors for our new couch (on a Thursday evening). Hudson's Nardine and Shannon are tremendous assets to your company. I humbly hope that the company appreciates and values their professionalism.
We had never been to Hudson’s before but decided to stop in as we had been looking for a sectional and just hadn’t found the right one yet. We ended up getting a fantastic deal on a discontinued leather sectional. It was supposed to be for the floor model but it had a few blemishes on the back so our sales lady was able to locate a brand new one in their distribution center and we got it for the same price! High quality and the process was smooth and easy. Had it delivered in a week! Each piece was professionally wrapped and the movers set the entire sectional up for us on our 2nd floor living room while removing the old. They made sure all the components worked & that we were completely satisfied with the placement before the left. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
I took My 78 YO friend/client Bill here as he wanted new firmer seating due to several health issues, we had already reviewed several recliners on website and wrote down models he was interested in . We received an instant warm and friendly greeting as we walked in by several associates. Design Consultant Trish F. assisted us and asked insightful questions about Bills wants and needs. she was warm, friendly and humorous too, we felt instantly at ease with her. She was Very helpful and informative ,stressing many important factors and features of the recliners we looked at and Bill tried on for size. We knew and felt we had her undivided attention and time, in fact I am pretty sure we were there at least 2 hours? Trish, Thank you so much for being so Amazing with Bill and taking all the time in helping him make a great choice. Really appreciated your friendliness and professionalism.
We had a very pleasant visit with Oz. He greeted us when we walked in and let us know if we needed anything he’d be there to help. Initially we were just there to browse. It was our first visit and unsure of the selection and style. We were looking for a coffee table, and possibly a sofa down the road. After speaking with Oz more, he let us know that if we custom ordered it would take a few weeks for the items to arrive. We found a sofa that we really loved and a fabric as well. We ended up buying a new sofa, ottoman, rug and lamps. Just the living room reboot we needed. Shannon was also very helpful. She loved the fabrics I had picked out and help guide us to a better accent fabric for the pillows. I really like the no pressure approach they have here. It made it easier to walk around the showroom and take in the selection. Will update later after we receive the new furniture. For now fabric samples.
