Heidi and her team were absolutely fantastic and made my vision of my wedding come true! She was professional, compassionate, organized, and all around an absolutely wonderful person to work with and I am so happy that I got to meet her. With a wedding party of 42 people, I wasn’t sure how everything that I wanted was going to be possible, but Heidi did not once complain and did what she could to execute my vision and it turned out perfectly, she is The best thing that I could have done and made my day absolutely unforgettable, and something that I will remember forever. Beyond anything else, she was a great support system, and truly one of the best people I’ve met.🥰🥰 10/10 recommend her and her team!!!! It will be the best decision you could make for yourself & your wedding. 💒
We are so grateful to have had Heidi from I Thee Wed as our wedding planner. She made our wedding day truly special—it was the best day, and I know that’s in large part thanks to her. Heidi’s organization, calm presence, and attention to detail made everything run so smoothly, even when faced with the challenge of rainy weather in our outdoor space. From the very beginning, Heidi was the perfect partner in planning. She met with me and my Mom starting in January to plan our July wedding, which is a quick turnaround in wedding world, and she handled it all with patience, thoughtfulness, and expertise. She connected us with amazing vendors, guided us through each step, and was a constant source of reassurance and support. On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a thing—Heidi had it all handled. We truly could not have asked for a better planner and are so thankful for her role in making our day everything we dreamed of and more!

My daughter and her finance decided to have their wedding a beautiful park in Cincinnati. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to an outdoor wedding. We decided to hire Heidi and her team at I Thee Wed to handle everything and work with and coordinate all the vendors. They did an awesome job! Heidi created a project plan/timeline and created a budget worksheet. She was very diligent about keeping us on task and budget. This removed a huge weight from our shoulders and reduced a ton of stress. It would have been very challenging to have had the kind of wedding my daughter wanted without Heidi's and I Thee Wed's services. Heidi is very professional and caring. I highly recommend I Thee Wed.
We highly recommend Heidi as a wedding coordinator! We hired her late in the game, and she was an absolute savior. She was so organized and thought of everything. This was incredibly helpful because there was a lot to wrangle. She took time to meet with us so that she could understand our wants and needs. She took charge of communicating with vendors and managed set up, personal, and tipping on our wedding day. This helped us not have to worry about any of this since she had it all under control. She worked with all of our crazy ideas and ensured that the day ran smoothly. This was not an easy wedding as we had to deliver everything to the venue for an outdoor wedding, and it monsoon rained during dinner. Heidi managed her staff and our helpers to make sure this did not ruin our day. Our wedding really was what we dreamed it would be and it is because of Heidi. She is pleasant to work with and very professional; this was the best money we spent on our big day.
