My husband and I loved checking out Ian Tan Art Gallery when we were visiting Vancouver. During our trip, we had visited multiple other galleries in the city, but felt like the pieces here resonated most with us. We ended up purchasing a piece, which Jason was able to wrap up quickly in order to catch our flight home. We knew we wanted to commission a second piece to complement the first, so we reached out shortly after we got home. Ian was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We're extremely satisfied with how our commissioned piece came out. We'll definitely be back when we're in Vancouver again.
It was a pleasure working with Ian Tan Art Gallery. My wife and I stopped by the gallery before our flight home and decided to purchase a painting. Jason and Ian were very accommodating with boxing up the painting for us on short notice, so we could take it home with us. Afterwards, my wife and I decided to commission a second painting to complement the first. Ian was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. We would definitely work with Ian Tan Art Gallery again and we plan to visit when we're back in Vancouver.
The gallery is small but makes great use of the space & more importantly, looks very clean. It featured high quality artwork. Kind owner (or worker?) who greeted everyone. I appreciate this because at some galleries I am ignored for no reason.
This past weekend we visited the Ian Tan gallery and were greeted by Jason - knowledgeable and kind. The gallery itself features incredible art, but we had a very specific vision. After careful consideration and discussion, Jason brought out the perfect piece and we were sold. We are grateful spaces like this exist in our city. It comes highly recommended.
I am very pleased with my purchase. I have been looking for a while now online for an abstract painting to purchase & as soon as I saw it on the website, I immediately went to IanTan Gallery to check it out. Loved the painting more in person & purchased it immediately. It is a very beautiful painting! Love the shapes, colours and texture, and it now hangs elegantly on top of my fireplace. Also very happy about the very quick turn around on framing & delivery as well as great service as they also unwrapped and hung the painting.
