Take the negative reviews seriously before you give your computer to Chris. They are very much true. He does not know how to repair Macbooks at all. Gave my Macbook Air 2019 to replace an old battery. He will make excuses like “i’m too busy, i was just working on it, i will call you back for sure. You will he compelled to visit the store multiple times just so that Chris does his job. After 20+ days, i had to forcefully get my property back, which was missing screws and not in an operating condition. I took my laptop to apple store to assess the extent of the damage and they said the machine was damaged beyond repair. They couldn’t even run a diagnostic report. They also mentioned that the technician tried to remove the old battery by ripping it out instead of opening each screw components. BUTCHERED!!

Can't thank Chris enough for his services! I had a Toshiba hard drive that all of a sudden would disconnect, not letting me move any files - all my content was basically in jail, and I couldn't get them out. This business was my first Google search result, never having used a data recovery specialist before; I wasn't sure what to expect. Happy to say Chris was able to move all of my files out and reformat the hard drive for future use next day. This was probably super easy for Chris to do, and probably a small assignment, but it saved me a year's worth of projects and history-making content. Thank you so much!

This guy is not serious. He scratched my Macbrook Pro, took it apart and practically trashed it from the inside. He cut the fan cord and left food crumbs inside. I'm honestly shocked and dismayed by his behaviour. The Macbook had a chance to be repaired and this guy pretty much finished it off. The whole Macbook is loose on the inside, as he didn't even put the screws back in place. He returned it to me as you see in the photos. I was not expecting this. Quite frankly he caused hundreds of dollars of damage to my Macbook. Bewarned.

I am very happy with the service that I received when I took my computer in for service. I had my computer back within 3 hrs. Chris was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything about my repair and what he was going to do. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely take my computer back there for service.
