If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went to go get my phone fixed due to battery issues when I came to the store the man who fixed my phone said it was definitely the battery and that he would replace it! I replace the battery and he turns on the phone and the phone is not charging he keeps saying that I need to leave the phone plugged in for 2 hours to charge the battery! I go home charge it like he says the battery he placed is still not charging after the 2 hours period he had said! I go again to the store to ask what is wrong and now he is saying that the phone has mother board issues and wants to charge me $150 aside from the $85 I was already charged for the new battery! I go to a different tech and he lets me know that the battery this place put into my phone does NOT work! These people place batteries that do not function and still charge you for them! As soon as the new tech I went to added the new battery my phone started working perfectly fine and there was no issues with the motherboard! Do not come to this place to fix any of your electronics they will SCAM you and rip you of your money! They also will not refund your money even though they sell you a product that does not work! Be Aware never never come to this place a horrible place to fix your electronics and very poor customer service! They should honestly close down this shop or Walmart should kick these scammers out of the building! Not professionals, scammers, selling products that do not work, poor customer service! A place that likes to STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME!! SCREW THIS PLACE!!!!

Service was wonderful. Very nice very helpful I’ve never had a better experience shopping for something the case for my iPad was a beautiful butterfly case. Love it great price. Everyone should shop there

I took a laptop in on 11-2-25 to get a cracked laptop screen replaced. They said it would be 1 week to repair so I paid in full. I started to check after 1 week then 2, 3 weeks later they said it would be soon. I told finally that it would be ready on Dec 5th so on that date, no call. Then on the 6th they sent me a text saying it was ready. I went a couple of hours later to get it and they said it was not there. I texted the manager and he called me back to say he would get it and take it to the store within 30 minutes. He did show up and handed the computer to me but only offered an apology for their incompetence. He had previously said they would make it right but in the end they did nothing more than give me the computer without anything else so making it right to them is just eventually finishing the task. Poor service and lack of concern on their part. I would strongly caution anyone from using their services.

Did an amazing job fixing the screen for way less than I was expecting. I am very pleased. I sadly didn't take before pictures but the screen was cracked completely and there were lines across the screen before my daughter's phone died. It was not usable before we got it fixed.
