I have been coming to this Pilates studio since April 2025. Prior to joining, I had never done reformer Pilates so I was searching for something new. My friend initially recommended this studio and I’m so grateful she did. My favorite instructor here is Kaleigh. 10/10 recommend this instructor! Her classes are fun and challenging. She is thorough with her explanations and is attentive in case something goes amiss. Every class is different which keeps things interesting. Also, the great thing about this studio is that you can schedule your class far in advance. I just checked the app and the schedule keeps going and going months ahead of time. I usually book my class a few days in advance or a week before. There are days when I’ve been able to schedule a class on the morning of the workout which is pretty amazing. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants a fun and challenging workout!
I went to the flow class with Dana this morning and had such a great time. She makes the space feel so inviting and gives so many options for modifications of all levels. I liked how she demonstrated different exercises and walked around to help those that needed it. She’s so encouraging and makes class fun! I’ll definitely be going with her class again!
Sydney is an amazing instructor. She welcomes everyone with a smile and remembers key details about each person. She is kind, helpful, and her classes are always creative and fun… plus, every class is a killer workout. I highly recommend Sydney and In Balance Pilates.
I've known Shawna for over 10 yrs. and I recently started doing one-on- one with her to address my osteopenia. She has been incredibly thoughtful and proactive, sending me helpful information, like podcast episodes on how to safely approach exercise with osteopenia and then reinforcing that guidance during our session with attention to detail. She focused on building strength in a way that feels both safe and empowering. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable, supportive and attentive she has been!
Had a membership here for about a year, and when I first started I was insecure, stiff, and out of shape. But being consistent in recent months, I can honestly credit my fitness motivation to the sculpt classes with Kaleigh, Alycia, and Tiana. While all of the instructors are great i prioritize workouts led by these three because they challenge the class in the most intentional way, with an emphasis on proper form while building confidence to push yourself past your limits. Thanks to them I’ve become inspired to dedicate time to fitness during a hectic week. I’ve seen a huge difference in my physique, strength, and overall wellness, and I still leave class shaking and dripping in sweat every time. Alycia is the queen of core and ab work, Kaleigh kills legs and glutes, and Tiana keeps the energy high with cardio while making sure no muscle group gets missed. I’m grateful for how strong, motivated, and confident these classes have made me feel.
