Communication was great leading up to the birthday party, there was a chance of rain so we had to change times of our party and they were very accommodating! They were on time for set up, was fast and efficient. Unit was clean and looked very nice. Pickup was on time and done quickly. We be using them again for any fitness parties or events!
We’ve being renting from Bruce for the past 4 years for all of our kid’s birthday parties. They are so reliable, punctual and always super kind to work with. The kids LOVE the bounce house, especially the Frozen one. It was a HUGE hit for all of the kids at the party. THANK YOU BRUCE!
On time, great communication, quick setup and break down. We rented the Frozen inflatable and the kids loved it. I would highly recommend, excellent service!
Fantastic group of people. Very professional. Great personalities. We have rented from them multiple times. We have only had a problem once and they resolved it. Always early and never late.
The folks at Inflatable Fun are super easy to work with. I received a call the morning of the reservation that they would be about 2 hours early. Robert and Dustin showed up and the slide was up in minutes! They showed me how to use the water feature. I added a popcorn machine to my reservation and it came with everything you need! Robert and Dustin were courteous and professional. Being early does not take away from the time slot I scheduled for the slide and there was no extra charge. Just extra fun!!!
