So I called on 01/16 at 1333 hours to schedule an appointment with Alsu for the next day (today) 01/17. I was told I could come in at 1pm for a gel X mani. I arrived around 12:52 pm on 01/17 to which there is no recollection of my appointment and no apology. I was asked if I can wait until 2pm because she had a double booked 1pm appointment. Due to my scheduling I said no but, I do understand people make mistakes so I said I could take the next available. They said ok and that it would be just a 20 minute wait. By 1:30 it was 10 minutes passed the time they told me. As I sat, they proceeded to sit people who came in after me, not making up for their mistake, in addition there was no apology until I informed them that I have to leave as I didn’t want to be late to my next appointment because of their insufficiency and inability to properly schedule. I can only speak for Alsu as she does GREAT nails Friday and Saturday BUT the inability to rectify the situation, lying about wait times, and skate around my appointment is unprofessional. I’m willing to update this if I go again as every establishment learns from their mistakes, however, the inability to take accountability and correct the situation was alarming.

My nails were in a bad shape and needed gentle treatment. Luna did a wonderful job with my nails! She was very detailed, kind and attentive! My nails look amazing. Thank you so much!

I didn’t want to write a review but if it helps people save their time and money, so be it. I walked in without an appointment for Gel X. I asked for French tip, square shape with round corners. The square shape was really wide, it looked like Jersey girl nails lol! The corners were shaped into my skin. There was soooo much glue under the nails. I asked the lady if she can drill it down and she ended up picking at it with a tool instead. I even told her “you know how other techs drill it clean?” She didn’t understand what was wrong. I ended up going home and filing every nail down to the slim shape it was supposed to be. Btw, I paid $90 for this BEFORE TIP. Hahaha I’m laughing at it because it’s the biggest lost and all I can do is laugh. I definitely chipped in for their rent for gel x to be $90. I paid $90 just to go home and finish her job. Do what yall will with this review. I just hope they do a better job and don’t charge an arm and a leg for very poor work.

Best. Manicure. Ever! Walked in for a manicure today and Namuun helped me. I had gotten a manicure last week before leaving on vacation and was extremely disappointed with the result. Within days my gel polish lifted and peeled off. I opted for the gel-x manicure at INSTYLE nail salon and Namuun really took her time. My nails are so simple and pretty! I’m so happy.

Carina has done my nails three different times already! We've done their Dazzle Dry formula and Gel. The results even with the regular extra strong polish "Dazzle Dry" will last three weeks up until the next appointment. These are my natural nails, so I always appreciate the extra care she gives and how she always goes the extra mile, always. I just got engaged and I was so happy to have had my nails done just before! Now, these beauties get to live on forever as a special memory. Thank you so much Carina! You're the best!
