Best customer service I have ever had at a phone store. Isabell went well out of her way to help me get a phone, and switched over from my previous T-mobile plan. She was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable on the phones and their plans. I can not thank her enough. If I could give her more then a 5 star review I would. I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to since I received such great service. I was shopping and wasn’t really looking to change cell phone providers but Isabell was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable with what was being offered, I was excited to switch over to AT&T. The process was smooth and and I’m loving my new phone. Highly recommend!
