We have used iPhone Technicians twice now for three phone repairs and each time has been super easy to schedule through the website. The technicians send you a message an hour before arrival and both times have arrived on time. The process takes about 20 minutes from the time they arrive to your house. The convenience of having the mobile phone repair option is great especially around the holidays. The prices are very competitive too compared to other repair companies. Will definitely use them again!
I have received great service today! Rick was courteous, very careful with the phone, and very nice overall. I love the fact that the service came to me and I did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was done very professionally. And I also liked that the communication was very clear from the moment when I scheduled the order (using a very intuitive website), and until the very end including the conversation with the technician. I would definitely recommend iPhone technicians to all of my friends and family.
Great experience. I scheduled the appointment online, they confirmed it immediately (within 5 minutes), sent me a text the night before the appointment and also an hour prior to arrival. Extremely courteous and cautious of security about my device once they arrived. Notified me with 15 minutes left of service and then when done. Great work and they were extremely professional. I had an iPad glass replaced and would recommend them for this or any repair I needed and feel comfortable... A-1 top notch.
Amazing experience! Litterally so easy, so professional, and so fast! He was so nice, easy conversation and quick and efficient service within 40min of my screen shattering! I never break my phone and this is the first screen repair iv ever had done, and it was a wonderful first experience. I cant rave enough i recommend them 10000% its so clean and smooth and worth the price, with extremely friendly and well trained staff!
