Iron Will Fitness provides a great personalized fitness program! Their trainers and strength coaches are very knowledgeable and experienced. They help clients train to reach their goals, adapting the workouts as needed, to achieve steady progress in a safe environment. The group classes are small while still maintaining that personalized atmosphere. Eric is an awesome, outgoing strength coach who goes above and beyond to provide varied workouts, adjusting as needed for individual support, keeping things interesting and fun! The other coaches are amazing as well. For all-around fitness, for any kind of sports improvement including health/nutrition goals, Iron Will is the place!
I love Iron Will. The trainers meet you where you are and respect your individual needs, goals, and abilities. Everyone is welcome. I've been attending small group classes and weekly 1:1 sessions (with Eric) for 15 months. Eric is awesome. I can't imagine a more expert trainer. He's earned my trust with his attention to detail regarding form and safety. He's thoughtful, proactive, and encouraging. I'm 46 and I've never belonged to a gym before. I look forward to my workouts, I'm stronger than I've ever been, and I'm doing things I had long since accepted were not possible. If you're considering trying Iron Will, give it a shot! You won't regret it.
It’s a shame I can’t leave 10 stars! Eric at Ironwill fitness has been an exceptional trainer! My husband and I started our journey a year ago.And not knowing where to begin when it came to working out and weightlifting, we sought somebody to help guide us. And we could not have found a better person/trainer than Eric to help us on our weightlifting journey!
Iron Will Fitness is a gym that truly cares about its clients. I first met with David, one of their transformation specialists, 7 weeks ago, and he helped me create a plan to achieve my goals. Besides the small group classes and 1:1 coaching sessions, he helped me to determine a nutrition program and an active recovery plan through cardio, flexibility, and core work. I also travel quite a bit for work, and he goes above and beyond to provide me workouts based on the equipment in the hotel. After only seven weeks, I’ve lost weight and body fat, built muscle, and found a gym that provides inspiration and accountability. Coach David as well as coaches Carlos and Eric are so helpful! They and Iron Will are the best in Lexington!
