I came in with my daughter's phone that was stuck in the boot cycle. David in the store was super friendly and helpful. He got the identified the issue quickly, got the phone booked in and I had it back and fully working in less than 2 hours. I cannot praise the service enough.

Ismash we're great. We originally went in expecting to pay our insurance excess but the consultant told us we were covered under warranty and made everything really easy. Highly recommend the service.

Great service over the weekend, two phones had their batteries replaced within 2 hours. The guy serving was very friendly and helpful. Will deffo be back if any further repair work ever needed. Thanks. Piece of mind and phones restored. 💯🙌😄

The member of staff was so helpful. He ordered my new screen and it didn't take long to come in. It was easy to get an appointment to have the repair carried out and I got my phone back in under 2hrs. Excellent service, would definitely recommend

I had never used iSmash before and originally went to apple store to try and get my phone repaired so that I could retrieve incredibly important data for myself and transfer it to my new phone. Apple told me it wasn't at all possible to achieve this but iSmash managed to help me recover my data and I am extremely grateful for this! I booked an appointment at iSmash and was served by a worker called David who was incredibly professional in my opinion and an expert at fixing phones. He was very courteous and polite and clearly explained what my options were to me. I decided to get a battery replacement and this completely fixed my phone and made my important data available to me again. I rarely write reviews for things online but sincerely feel that this service more than deserved one. I highly recommend iSmash to others looking to get their phone repaired. The quality of repair was fantastic and I only had to wait roughly 40 minutes from handing it in until it was fixed and ready for collection. Fair prices too with a repair warranty and staff with very good communication skills. Thank you so much for helping me! :)
