It was a pickup order: 2 for 5 breakfast sausage sandwiches and a$ $3.30 snack wrap. The snack wraps IN MY OPINION: are better than the snack wraps at McDonald's (I also believe McDonald's Snack Wraps are overhyped and overrated). No pictures as I already ate it all 🤣🤣
I will absolutely be calling corporate. The overnight staff are extremely lazy, I’ve had a bad experience each time I’ve came to this location around 1-2:00 in the morning. They act like they’re in such a rush & for what? Food nasty, fries cold wrinkled up and hard just chaotic. I’m over it & now I’m calling the big bullies in charge. If the staff doesn’t want to do their overnight jobs then don’t get an overnight job Simple!
Looks like you lost about 3 customer because no one is is standing in the front to take orders and only seem to have about staff for drive thru . In the span of five minutes of me, waiting there and not a single employee to acknowledge the other customer. Employees just simply stare at you. Quite an interesting experience . The self check out is to be an assistance, not a reliance in the way that she stopped your store . Overreliant on software is gonna lead to your downfall and pending closure if this is not address.
This is by far the worst Jack in the Box I've visited. The service was good don't get me wrong, but whomever is on the line making the food needs to go. I've been working on a house in the area and there aren't many options for fast food in the area so I ordered 18 tacos for my crew and each taco had very little meat and lettuce. To top it off 18 tacos and I got 6 taco sauce packets. Two days prior I ordered hamburgers and fries for my crew. The hamburgers were not the way I ordered them and they forgot several fries, so I had to drive back up there to receive them.
Wow! This Jack in the box is really good. Drive thru lady is was fast and courteous, the staff I delt with have a great attitude and smiles. My fajita pita had a good amount of chicken and my egg roll was hot and crunchy! Yummy! Great job guys!
