Older hispanic woman with receding hairline and bun was very extremeley rude. We pulled up to the window and she did not great, simply said “what do you want.” After getting our order wrong we asked politely if we could get our missing items and exchange the wrong ones when she proceeded to say we made no sense and kept rolling her eyes and making faces to her coworker. She did not let a word in while we tried to explain what needed to be fixed. This is my first time writing a review as it’s one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had and won’t ever go back.
Terrible service. Normally I eat jack n the box because service is usually exceptional. As a driver, I stopped to use restroom quickly because I had an airport ride. No customer, no bathroom, so I ordered a sandwich just to use restroom using app. Then had to wait a few minutes for them to see my order in the system. This, despite showing my order in the phone. It's gotten ridiculous. Won't be ordering again.
I’ve been coming here for YEARS and the service has always been cool with friendly workers. Unfortunately they are starting to skimp on the food. They Jack is known for making your food fresh and fast however seems like the food is being pre made and sits until your order so it’s fast but they problem is when you do that the food is dry and not flavorful. Also the portions is SMALLER!!! How the heck the sausage patty and buns SHRINK to a kids size? The menu pics still make things look big like it actually WAS but not anymore. My extreme sausage sandwich is NOT EXTREME. The pattys are so small they don’t even fit the small bun they are using now. Yeah I’m not happy with that.
I ordered a big box of popcorn chicken sauced and loaded. It definitely was not sauced and loaded. I paid an extra dollar for that. Check your box before you drive away. They said they wanted to make it right but so far no further response. I won't go back to Jack in the box! Today I made the mistake of going back to this same Jack in the box. This time a lady gave me a drink that had ice in it but was warm on the bottom. It was supposed to be dr pepper. It was flat. I gave it back to her and asked for a different kind and she went in the back and came back and gave me another drink that was exactly the same. She realized I was not leaving until she gave me a drink that was not flat and tampered with so she finally gave me one that wasn't flat. The ultimate cheeseburger was smoothered in mustard though. I didn't realize that until we were miles away. I won't soon forget that place. Also be expecting a homeless person standing by the window when you go there.
I bought a breakfast jack combo this morning at 2am ate half of the sandwhich turned the light on in my car only to see mold on my egg. I went back and jack n the box employees never apologized wouldn’t give me the managers name etc.
