Jacob came to my home on a Saturday morning to fix the flashing which seals the ends of the eaves on the 2 back corners of my house. The flashing had come loose over many years and I was afraid that mice were getting into my house through the resulting gaps in the eaves. Jacob did a great job reattaching the flashing using self-tapping screws on both corners and sealing any remaining gaps with a very strong and durable caulking. In addition, he very kindly offered to help me with other problems or things that needed fixing. Thus, he was able to reattach the railing of one side of my back deck, which had come loose, and charged me only a minimum fee for that. In addition, he fixed the lose handles on my bathroom faucet, free of charge. I highly recommend Jacob for anyone needing repairs to their home. Thank you very much Jacob for your excellent work on my house. It was a pleasure doing business with you!
