From the moment you step inside Jasper Float Spa and Wellness Center, the world softens. There’s an immediate sense of calm, as if stress dissolves at the door. You’re greeted by voices so gentle they feel angelic, setting the tone for pure tranquility. The space is small and intimate perfectly designed for deep, uninterrupted relaxation. I treated myself to the Birthday Package, a beautifully curated experience that included a 60-minute candle wax massage, a 15-minute aromatherapy steam shower, a 30-minute rest therapy session, and a complimentary champagne toast. Every moment felt intentional, indulgent, and restorative. My massage therapist, Koisha (forgive me if I’ve misspelled her name), was truly a gem. Her touch was both attentive and intuitive, with techniques that melted tension and soothed the soul. I traveled from Texas to Memphis for a birthday weekend getaway, and this experience was the perfect way to begin the celebration. If I lived here, Jasper would be my sanctuary. Until then, it will be the first place I return to whenever I’m back in Memphis.

Amazing customer service, relaxing atmosphere and Koshia gave me the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had! She was also so kind. I felt that she really listened to everything I said I was having problems with and really focused on those areas. I am constantly having problems with my neck and headache but I felt like a new person after leaving! I can't wait to go back!!

Jasper float spa provided the perfect relaxation, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a peaceful energy that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and ensure I felt completely comfortable. The float itself was pure bliss—effortlessly weightless, allowing me to fully disconnect from the outside world and unwind both mentally and physically. I did the 60 minute rest therapy, and would recons this over the 30. The spa’s attention to detail, from the calming ambiance to the high-quality amenities, made the entire visit feel like a true escape. My massage therapist, Ebony, provided the perfect amount of pressure and it seems as though the tension instantly released from my body. The 60 minute massage following the rest therapy was the perfect pair for me. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next session. Oh my gosh, the experience was absolutely incredible! From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in this lovely, relaxed atmosphere. You get a glass of champagne, a soothing massage, and then you can just chill in the relaxation room. It was like a dream come true! Ms. Rayven was the best masseuse ever. I felt so pampered and relaxed. It was a truly special gift from a fantastic friend of mine. I’ll definitely be back!
