Normally, I am not one to complain but…Took my Adcom amp in for a diagnostic check and to be cleaned. It cost me $245!!! No parts were replaced…What a rip off! I asked for it to be cleaned and make it “look new”. Some screws were a little rusty…all they did was sand them and used black spray paint on them!! They couldn’t even put new screws in it for $245??!?! And they did not touch or clean one single thing on the outside! Find another place to go to and keep some money in your pocket! Update: the owner reached out to me and was very kind and understanding about this situation. He even refunded some of the cost back to my credit card. He is very quick to respond and a good communicator. He has earned my respect and business. I will definitely take my electronics to him if they need checked out or repaired in the future. It’s great to see a business be customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile! I would highly recommend them to do great work and stand behind their work and customer service!

Just went to this shop on Monday to get both my QSC speakers fixed. DJing is my career and it’s real hard to bring them in to fix cause I’m always busy working. They were not only so kind and respectful, they worked on them immediately to ensure that I had them ready for the week! Took only a few days. So happy and from now on going to them for any repairs, thank you so much! 🙏🏻

They are really great people and want to help. I just recently needed to get a tape machine fixed, while they don’t really fix the specific equipment I have they were able to point me in the direction of a guy named Mike who was great. Really glad I called last week. Also they fixed one of my samplers years ago when no one else could so thanks for that too!

Als ich von Kalifornien nach Jax Fl zog, hatte ich große Mühe, eine Reparaturwerkstatt für meine Korg Triton Extremes und meinen Korg N264 zu finden. Ich brachte meine Korg-Geräte zu Jaydon Electronics und war von ihrem Service sehr beeindruckt. Sie wissen wirklich, wovon sie reden. Zweifellos. Seit über drei Jahren spiele ich durchgehend drei bis vier achtstündige Auftritte pro Woche. Ich ließ von Jaydon Electronics alle Knöpfe prüfen und austauschen, den Sustain-/Start-Schalter reparieren und eine allgemeine vorbeugende Wartung durchführen. Ein Behringer-Verstärker ist durchgebrannt. Jaydon hat es rasch repariert. Korg hat den neuen Kronos für 4.000 Dollar, aber Jaydon hält meine Korg-Geräte in Top-Zustand, sodass ich kein Upgrade auf Kronos vornehme, solange Jaydon meine Geräte am Laufen hält.
