I had a perfect experience with Jay’s Small Moves, truly 10/10! The team (Nicolas, Nicolas C, and Kevin) handled everything with care, didn’t leave anything behind, and went above and beyond. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
This is our 3rd time using Jays Small Moves, and as usual, they were amazing. We were moving my elderly mother to assisted living and this was a hard move for us all. Jose, Omar and Pepe were all so kind and patient with her as they asked for her instructions on furniture placement, etc. In spite of how chaotic and confusing it was for my mom, they just kept it calm and smiles. How they treated my mom was beyond their job or requirements of the task, it was just them being good humans.
We hired Jay Moves and team to both partially pack and day-of move—so worth it! Manuel managed the packing of our kitchen efficiently and ensured all dinnerware, stemware, vases and fragile items were protected. Jaime, Emanuel and Avelino were our movers. They were incredibly respectful, careful and moved at an impressively fast pace. They treated our stuff and space as if it was their own - no scuffs, marks on the walls, no damage to our furniture, photos or boxes. Highly recommend!! If we did anything differently, it would be hiring Jay Moves and team to do even more of the packing and/or unpacking!
We used Jay's Small Moves to move furniture and boxes from one SF apartment to a house a new neighborhoods away. My initial inquiry was answered very quickly. I provided my desired moving date and time and they were able to accommodate my request and schedule everything. Communication was great throughout the process until moving day. The movers showed up exactly on time and cautiously moved the belongings in a very efficient and timely manner. This was a great experience from start to finish and Jay's is a very professional operation.
Jay's was so helpful with my move. I called last minute (3 days before move) and they were able to accommodate. They wrapped up anything that needed to be protected and moved efficiently and pleasantly. We easily moved a room in a shared house within their 2 hour minimum time window. My favorite thing about Jay's is that the prices were online - very transparent, didn't have to call for a quote. I will definitely use them again for my next move within the city! One note: if you want them to assemble something for you, they need to also disassemble it at the start, for liability purposes.
