I’ve been attendingJD Pilates for many years. After trying a few trainers I found Jayde to be the most personable, detailed and focused. Not having been big on exercise previously I find Pilates the best form of low impact but intense workout that gets the best result without feeling like I’m straining. My fitness has improved exponentially. Great studio, great options for passes too well priced.
