Jeff is amazing!! When I brought in this broken cookie jar (a sentimental gift to my husband from his late grandmother), I wasn’t sure if anything could be done. Boy, he proved me wrong!! This jar looks as good as new and he was so easy and kind to work with. I really appreciate the care and respect he took to restore this. I highly recommend him!

Had the pleasure of working with Jeff a second time when one of my prized large ginger jars lost its foo dog finial. Prior to my ownership, the lid had been repaired and that repair failed. Jeff handles these sorts of projects with seeming ease—I venture a guess he’s seen just about every kind of damage and probably an equal number of not so great attempts at repair. In any event, as I knew he would, he restored my beautiful jar to better than it was for a fair price and a pretty quick turnaround. You’re a real treasure to have in our community, Jeff! I can not say enough about the kind and professional service and demeanor I received from Jeff. He was informative, authentic and genuine while assisting me with the repair of my dad’s statue. It is a rare occasion that we encounter first in class customer service nowadays. I am very pleased to say Jeff still delivers customer service with a smile and a great attitude. I first sent Jeff a message through his website after searching the Raleigh area for glass repair experts. I chose him because of the good reviews he had and because of the descriptions of items he can restore. Even though he services his current clients and repeat customers first, he was able to get me an appointment within a short time period. I sent him pictures of my cracked sconce light, so he could get an idea of what the damage was. I dropped it off, and Jeff explained a couple of options for the best way to fix the crack. I picked it up a couple weeks later, and it should be ready for hanging. Before Jeff worked on it, the crack was half way across the fixture, and it looked like it would break if we hung it. He was able to reinforce the crack from both sides, so now I feel comfortable hanging it on the wall. When I went back to pick up the light, I took in another glass globe that had a chip in it. Jeff saw that it was only some paint that was missing, and he gladly put a dab of paint on the spot. When we hung the light back up, the 'chip' was gone, and it looked like new. I highly recommend Jeff for his expertise with his craft, his communication with me during the process, and his friendliness. I am very happy with the work he did for me, and I will certainly go back to him if I need more repairs.

Jeff provides top level service with quality results. He did a fantastic job in restoring a family heirloom with sentimental value. He was patient in working with me to make sure the result would be to my expectations and delivered above and beyond.
