I recently visited Jewel Smiths to have my wedding ring resized, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The shop itself is charming, and everyone was genuinely pleasant. Arthur gave me such personal attention, treating my cherished ring with real care. He had me try on the slightly enlarged ring several times to make sure the fit was exactly right—down to whether I preferred it just a hair larger. Thanks to his patience and dedication, the ring fits perfectly now. Beyond that, the store itself is wonderful — with a wide selection of high-quality items and, above all, people of integrity. My deepest gratitude to this store owner for their incredible customer service. I came with a very difficult request — to repair a complex silver piece, and it had to be done urgently. The work was completed with outstanding quality, and the owner even stayed after hours to make sure everything was finished perfectly. Best jewelry repair and beautiful items for sale as well. I've done business with the Gordon family for 45 years and they always take great care of their customers. The work they did in rebuilding the broken band on my grandmother's (mine) wedding set was outstanding. I've worn them for 31 years, my grandma wore them for 40+ before that. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry purchases and repairs.
