I was at the place waiting for someone to come and get my information. Staff was walking and just looking at me. Another 2 cars arrived for oil change and the guys walked right away to get their information. I said excuse me I was here first but this staff member ignored me. Another person came to get information to the other car and I called him. I said what do I need to do because I am here before the other ones. He said we will help just wait. I waited thinking that they were going to take me first. And they didn’t. I drove away to the blossom hill road one. Great service there big difference.
One of the best and fastest service places I've ever been too. These employees are very organized and efficient. There were 6 cars in front of me and I thought I would be there for hours. Nope. Within 15 to 20 my van was on the rack and in less than 30 min total I was out the door. Great job!
They made me wait in line for over 30 minutes to not talk to me once that than to tell me to wait in the office. 30 minutes goes past and a guy comes in and says they dont have the oil for my car. That would be fine if they valued my time and checked that up front. Messed up my whole morning. I won't ever be coming back. Don't give your money to people who dont value you as a customer.
I’m extremely disappointed and outraged by the way my mother was treated by the manager, Jesus Martinez, at this Jiffy Lube location. She was spoken to with a shockingly disrespectful and hostile tone, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. Worse, his comments carried racist undertones, and when she tried to ask a question about the service, he essentially told her to “get lost” in far more offensive language. No one—especially a paying customer—deserves to be treated this way. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it reflects horribly on the company as a whole. I strongly urge Jiffy Lube to investigate this manager’s conduct and take appropriate action. Until then, I will never return to this location and will be warning others in my community to stay away.
My regular place for doing quick oil change. Remember to go to their website to look for coupon. If you search for a particular location like this one, they have another coupon that would discount more.
