I had the honor of working with Jillian through my job as an event planner, so when it came time to plan my own wedding, there was no question who I wanted by my side. Hiring Jillian was an easy decision...and the best one I could have made. She went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. Jillian didn’t just help plan my wedding—she poured her heart into it. Transparency is very important to Jillian - she doesn't allow space for you to second guess ANYTHING throughout the planning process. If there are details that may not work out, she will ensure there are solutions to what can be done instead. Even as someone who knows the ins and outs of events, I was blown away by Jillian’s ability to manage every moving part with grace and precision. I never once had to stress—she handled it all with calm confidence and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. She allowed me to step out of the planner role and fully enjoy being the bride—something I’ll forever be grateful for! Our wedding day was truly magical, and that’s 100% thanks to Jillian. From the big picture down to the smallest detail, she made sure everything was flawless and completely “us.” I will never forget walking into the space and seeing how she had brought our dreams to life—it took my breath away. Jillian and I worked together for over a year planning my July 2025 wedding in Vail, Colorado and it came together so beautifully. Living in Texas full time, it was a bit daunting planning a wedding from a far but Jillian made it feel seamless and as if we were right down the road from each other. From vendor outreach, day to day communication, contract reviewing, final selections, to the day of our wedding - Jillian made me feel seen, heard and advocated for which is truly what a bride needs to have in a wedding planner (especially for a destination wedding!). When the big day arrived, Jillian and her wonderful team divided and conquered, since our ceremony took place on Vail Mountain at the Holy Cross Event Deck and our reception was held at Donovan Pavilion. Her team was kind, quick on their feet and if they didn't have an answer right away - they were right back with one after consulting with her. She is hospitality driven and very direct - two important qualities to look out for in a wedding planner! Jillian will resolve any and all issues, and make sure your dream wedding comes to life. If anyone is still reading this, my main piece of advice before diving into planning with Jillian is to nail down your budget and overall vision via Pinterest. You will have a great time chatting through what you're looking for and who Jillian knows in the industry to help make it happen. And if she doesn't have a particular vendor already in mind (rare, but possible!) she will go on the hunt to find the perfect one catered to you. Happy planning! I had the pleasure of working with Jillian for my wedding, and I couldn’t be more grateful! As an out of state bride planning a wedding in Colorado, I truly appreciated having someone as organized, thoughtful, and prepared as Jillian on my side. From start of planning to finish, she guided, directed, and supported the entire wedding day with calm professionalism and kindness. Our wedding day at The Broadmoor was nothing short of perfect, I genuinely wouldn’t have changed a thing. Jillian made the whole day truly a dream and we received so many compliments from all the guests about how beautiful and lovely it all was. She ensured every detail and request was taken care of at the venue, and she was always a step ahead, thinking through everything we might need. She even set us up with text messaging to guests, to ensuring all allergies were taken care of, handing blankets out to guest to make sure they stayed warm while we were outside, and recommending the best band ever! Her planning platform was a huge help for keeping us all on track in the months leading up to the wedding, and the timeline she created made everything run so smoothly. She also took such great care of not just me and my husband, but our families and guests too! Jillian was a joy to work with. She’s detail-oriented, professional, and truly wants to make sure you're taken care of. A Dream Wedding Come True - Thank You, Jillian! From the beginning, my wife and I struggled with a clear vision for our wedding, but Jillian made sure that we ended up with more than we could’ve ever imagined. She helped us realize our dream wedding and brought it all together in a way that was beyond our expectations. Jillian was there for us every step of the way. She helped us plan out a budget, create a timeline, and build our guest list. With her countless connections and years of experience, she secured us the best vendors and our dream venue — something we would have never been able to do on our own. Any time an issue arose, Jillian was there with a creative and practical solution, keeping everything on track and stress-free. On the big day, we couldn’t have been more relaxed, knowing that Jillian was handling everything. She took care of all the details, made sure every vendor was in place, and ensured the day went according to schedule. The reception room reveal was jaw-dropping — we were in awe of how beautifully everything came together, thanks to her hard work and personal touches. As the night went on, my wife and I kept looking around, realizing how perfect everything was. Jillian had truly thought of everything, and we were able to enjoy our special day without a worry in the world.
