Jennifer was an absolute savior for a last minute 50th birthday I hosted for a friend. I reached out less than two weeks before the event and she was so professional from every touch point, responding quickly, clearly and with fair pricing. The day of she showed up for setup two hours before guests, set out all my decorations, plated our charcuterie table, stocked the bar, even helped us figure out cocktail table locations and move furniture when we changed the plan. I was able to step away to get ready and came back to everything being perfectly set. Her service was impeccable handling restock of our appetizers, tray passing others and handling the birthday cake. The bar was 10/10 with real glassware and stellar martinis and margaritas, all with homemade syrups and beautifully garnished. The whole team was a delight. I really only want to work with her on special events from now on. It took all the stress of hosting away and allowed us to enjoy the party. We heard nothing but rave reviews from guests. We used JM Event Planning’s waitstaff and bartending services back in June 2022 for our two day wedding in Santa Barbara. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with. I didn’t have an event coordinator so she worked with me and was very hands on and asked all the right questions prior to the events. We had two events, our wedding with an early dinner afterwards and reception party the next day. She set up our tables effortlessly and managed dinner service as well as clean up. I was so concerned about clean up particularly as it involved working with our other vendors, caterer and rental company. Everything went off without a hitch. I didn’t have to worry about clean up at all and she did such a good job that I got my security deposit back from both venues. She made sure my husband and I were properly fed and had our drinks of choice. Even my maid of honor was ringing praises for Jennifer and how great she was. I also loved the platform she used for her invoice set up where I could see the pricing of everything and if I wanted to add something on the pricing was right there. It reduced unnecessary back and forth emails. I highly recommend them as a vendor for your next event!
