I had a great experience with this mechanic. The service was professional, honest, and efficient from start to finish. The work was done right the first time, and everything was clearly explained. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and dependable service.
I went to 2 different auto places to have my car diagnosed because the car was vibrating. The 1st placed diagnosed my car and told me I needed a tune up. I got the tune up ( very expensive) and about a week later it was still vibrating. I took it back to the auto shop and they diagnosed it again and told me that it may be transmission related and to take it to a transmission place or the car dealership. I took it to a transmission place and they diagnosed it and told me that it was nothing wrong with my transmission and either take it back to the place that diagnosed it the 1st time or the dealership. I called the 1st place that I took it and made an appointment for 1/2/26. At this point I decided to look for a mobile mechanic and came across JMD Mobile Mechanic. I told him the issue and he scheduled an appointment with me for 1/1/6 at 10am. It took him about thirty minutes to diagnose my car and it was my alternator regulator. He fixed my alternator, the price was very good and ny car is running very well. I canceled my appointment with the other auto shop. Thank you JMD!!!
Highly recommend JMD Mobile Mechanic! They are professional, reliable, and incredibly convenient. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and at a fair price—no pressure or surprises. It was such a relief having a trustworthy mechanic come directly to me. I’ll definitely be using JMD again and recommending them to friends and family.
My car was misfiring so I took it to the shop for repairs and the shop told me it will cost $1500 to replace all plugs and coils. Mind you I had already replaced the coils on cylinder 5 and 6 with all the spark plugs. The shop refused to service my car because they don't do a half job and secondly they said I didn't use OEM parts. So I called John , he was very responsive. I explained to him my situation and he was very willing to come to do the job. I bought the parts and he came right over with no delays and installed my coils something the shop refused to do. He did it at a fraction of what the store was charging me. John is the real deal and I will be contacting him again for future repairs. Thanks John I appreciate your help.
Very knowledgeable. I was purchasing a car, and he showed up to review it within twenty minutes of my first phone call. He helped me negotiate and gave me a very reasonable price. If I could give ten stars, I would, but Google limits me to five.
