John Volken Academy Movers were absolutely incredible. They helped me move my office from the 5th floor of one building to another, and right after we finished boxing everything, the power went out—no lights and no elevator. Instead of giving up or complaining, they powered through and carried everything down five flights of stairs. When we couldn’t get everything up three flights in the new building because the stairwell was completely dark, they even offered to come back the next morning free of charge to help finish the move. Professional, hardworking, and genuinely kind people. I can’t recommend them enough.

Professional. Respectful. Incredible group of men who handled our home and our belongs with care and trust. That alone is enough to highly recommend. Couple this with the Volken Academy, their movement, mission, and its an A++ from me. Rates are reasonable as well. It was a long day of hard work, but I feel like we enjoyed each others company.

What a great experience! Moving can be a nightmare but this team of movers made it smooth and stress free. I got 10 quotes and theirs was the best. Very nice and professional. I saved over $100 and got great service. At one point my dogs got scared in the new neighborhood. I panicked but they stayed calm and even tried to help get the dogs back in the house. It's an amazing company with an amazing mission. Get your stuff moved while giving back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My sister helped me book this moving company when I needed to move on pretty short notice a few weeks ago, and I’m so glad she did! From start to finish, their customer service was excellent. The movers were efficient, careful, and very attentive to detail. They even went above and beyond by fixing one of my son’s wooden bed frames that had been broken before the move. They took the time to drill and secure the wood properly, and it's been weeks and it’s holding up pretty well. They worked quickly but with care, making sure everything was handled safely and professionally. They were also so patient with my three boys, especially my two oldest, who asked a million questions and loved talking with them. The movers were kind, understanding, and even helped keep my boys entertained, which made the moving process much smoother for me. Overall, I truly appreciate how efficient, helpful, and thoughtful they were throughout the entire move. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

The guys did great. No issues. I had a terrible moving experience the last time I hired movers (I hadn’t had a bad mover experience previous to that), so I was a bit nervous. They communicated well, were professional, arrived on time and were accommodating to my needs. The company contacted me the day after the move to follow up on my experience. HUGE shoutout to Corwin who went above and beyond in every way to provide quality customer service, care and attention to detail to my needs and requests.
