Messed up a knee, and the Physical Therapist said i needed a low impact option… recommended a recumbent bicycle. I did my homework, shopped around, and would not buy without actually taking a test drive. The Matrix R50 was in a category of its own—solid, sturdy and sooth. Derrick was very knowledgeable, and more than capable of explaining superior braking system, display and seat adjustment options. We are scheduled (and excited) to get our Matrix R50 delivered tomorrow.
We had an excellent experience with Derek the store manager. We had lots of questions and he had answers! He has excellent common action skills both on the phone and in person. We bought a functional training machine and a massage chair to recover in. They have terrific Christmas specials! Plus free delivery and assembly!

James/Linda had a great experience! Went in for a treadmill but got very interested in the Fujiiryoki Cyber Relax Pro Massage Chair. As we sat in the chairs, Mike took his time explaining how the chairs worked. Mike was very thorough and answered our questions. We were there about 1 1/2 hrs. Ordered our 2 chairs Tues, 23 Sep 2025. Josh & Mario delivered and setup on Thurs. They work great together as a team. I used my chair as they were setting up James' chair. After using it for a couple of days, I realize there are so many courses to experience. It will take a while to get to them all and for my body to adjust to each one. We highly recommend Johnson Fitness & Wellness because of their great customer service, knowledge of the equipment and the time spent learning the equipment. Thank you, Mike, Josh and Mario Note: Keep a Cyber Chair Manual next to the massage chairs so customers can review any dangers and warnings due to any medical conditions. Just in case they have more questions before purchasing and maybe need to consult with their doctor.
Michael is top tier. The moment we walked into the store we were greeted and welcomed. Even though he was short staffed he managed to give us all the time and attention we needed. We never felt rushed or hounded. Plenty of space to test and discuss the equipment. We left and went to another fitness store to just compare, and it was a stark contrast to say the least. In less than 5 minutes I knew I wasn't looking at a third store to compare. If you want a premium experience and wide array of products to choose from don't look elsewhere.
